New Agents
The Program has no agents. There is no contract with the Program. All licensed insurance agents should be willing to assist any property owner in getting a quote, completing an application and processing through to the Program. There is no binding authority granted to agents and coverage becomes effective when the completed application, photo’s and first installment passes underwriting approval.
Registration form
Complete this registration form and submit it to enable access to your client’s policies online, as well as the Rapid Rater quote program for Dwelling Quotes. Please fully complete this form before submitting it to the NMPIP. Your sign-on ID and temporary password will be sent to you by email at the address you submitted for the agency email address.
We can only authorize one registration for each agency, so please use the Agency Tax ID or the Agent's SSN, (whichever is used to file Income Taxes) and only one email address for the agency. We are not able to authorize individual producers, multiple users or more than one email address within an agency.

Claims
Please complete the First Notice of Loss report on all new claims. Please provide as much detailed information as possible to expedite the claim settlement.
The Program uses a Third Party Administrator utilizing local Independent claims adjusters. Once the claim is received every effort is made to contact the insured within 24 hours.

Commission
The producers are paid 15% on new business. New business applications must be submitted with two photo’s. 10% commission is paid on renewal business for both residential and commercial policies.
